Shadow of War's powers are she has a Shadow realm inside her cloak and anyone whom enters it is instantly inflicted with all the pain and fear of every victim of every war of the history of Earth. The only person capable of entering and surviving Shadow's cloak was Jay Garrick due to the aid of the speed force but he was still KOed from the sheer agony.
