Rox Ogama
The renegade Monitor of Earth-43 working for Mandrakk, the Dark Monitor. He is the father of Nix Uotan along with his lover Zillo Valla. After his initial defeat by Superman, Ogama became the second Mandrakk only to be yet again vanquished.

First issue:
Ogama is a minor Monitor first seen in Final Crisis #1 plotting against the other Monitors. In Final Crisis: Superman Beyond 3D #2, we learn that he is a thrall of Mandrakk the dark Monitor, as he proudly announces Mandrakk's release.
In the end, Mandrakk is defeated and Rox Ogama is exiled by the other Monitors. This is, however, not the end of his schemes, as he is next seen corrupting Ultraman with Mandrakk's blood.
