Jeff Graham was a Confederate army captain during the Civil War. Captain Jeff Graham joined the Texas Rangers, working under Major Hawks, the Ranger commander. Graham roamed Texas capturing lawbreakers and gunslinging vigilantes. One of those he captured was a bandit called El Dorado, who it turned out was Bud Huston, who had served under Graham in the war. Graham convinced Huston to give up his life as El Dorado.

Several other "History's Heroes" were transported to 1941 to prevent the Ultra Humanite from stealing a space shuttle from Cape Canaveral. He returned to the past and worked with the Texas Rangers until his last days. His final fate is unrecorded.
