Origin

Rizzo Rattama grew up a crippled, morbidly obese individual living within an abandoned apartment complex in Downtown, Manhattan. As a kid he would train and domesticate common street rats to perform tricks for his entertainment, eventually as he came of age, Rizzo found greater use for his pet vermin within the crime circuit of Detroit. Having founded the largest underground drug smuggling ring using his rodents as couriers for a great many criminal entrepreneurs looking for his services.

Creation

But he was far from the respected underworld malcontent he would've liked to be. More often then not the scum of society would belittle and take more from him than he ever gave under threat of violence if he so much as bemoaned their arrangements.

While Rizzo lamented his current standing in life, acting as a delivery system manager to ungrateful mobsters who regularly dock whatever income he's owed.

He was approached by Anomaly with a blood offering of two goons who threatened and insulted him earlier. As well as an opportunity to take the power that was rightfully his in exchange for the former's services. Through the O.T.A.C virus, he would endeavor to capture Cyborg for his new employer in exchange for the newfound power.

Rizzo started out by laying siege to the major metropolitan area using killer rodentia Anomaly had mutated with his biotech pathogen. Making them larger, stronger, more vicious and directly obedient to their handler.

Within minuets Rizzo had flooded the streets with his cyborg mutants attacking everything and everyone indiscriminately. As his vermin nearly overwhelmed Victor, Exxy and the Detroit City vigilante Black Narcissus; Cyborg was able to activate his boomtube program at the last second, warping between space and time in order to get away.
