A Magi of the Zone, magical enforcers from an alternate dimension, Rabbi Zone was the last of his kind after all the other Magis died out. He travelled to Earth, where he set himself up as a rabbi in Delta City. There he met Dreidel, with whom he occasionally fights crime
Creation
Rabbi Zone was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance inThe Heckler #6. He is based on Batman.
Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
Following the return of the nether god Flying Buttress to Earth, Rabbi Zone approaches the mayor asking for assistance in meeting up with the Heckler. He provides the Heckler with the means to destroy Flying Buttress, as he himself is not particularly interested in allowing himself to get eaten by a giant god.
