Peri Kabuki along with her twin sister Gale are the Penguin's bodyguards. Both are exceptionally skilled martial artists and employ steel blades on their fingertips. They are both completely silent - neither woman has ever been shown to speak. However, whenever they appear an eerie whispering can be heard.
When dressed as civilians, the Kabuki Twins wear ornate black-haired wigs and long green kimonos and they still wear their masks.
