Mother Mae-Eye is a witch who appears in Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go! She uses her pies to cast illusions on people, then once they "love" her, she eats them.

Teen Titans (2003-2006)

Mother Mae-Eye appears in the episode "Mother Mae-Eye". The episode starts with the Teen Titans waking up and meeting Mother Mae-Eye who claims she is their mother. Mother Mae-Eye is then seen walking around the Titans Tower, transforming walls and furniture into candy and helping the Titans with different things, like putting Beast Boy's shoes on and combing Robin's hair. She makes the Titans dress up in coats, dresses, and raincoats when they have to go fight the H.I.V.E., embarrassing them.

Starfire, after getting hit in the head realizes Mother Mae-Eye is a witch and tries to warn the others but they won't listen. After finding this out, Mother Mae-Eye forces Starfire to eat more pies. Starfire does not get hypnotized because she has nine stomachs. Starfire then un-hypnotizes the other Titans. Cyborg says he bought a pie from an old lady, and the pie is what brought Mother Mae-Eye in. Mother Mae-Eye sends an army of gingerbread men after them but they end up defeating them and trapping her in a pie and giving her to the H.I.V.E. Five.

Teen Titans Go!

Mother Mae-Eye appears in the episode "Pie Bros" as owner of a pie store. Raven tells the other Titans the rumor that she bakes people in her pies, but the Titans laugh. Later Mother Mae-Eye captures Robin, Raven, and Starfire and tries to cook them.
