Matu Ba is Batwing's Butler. He advised Batwing to stay and not go after Massacre after Massacre injured him so Batwing shot him with a tranquilizer.
Origin
Matu Ba runs rescue programs for children who have been drafted as soldiers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Shortly after Batwing's start to his crime fighting career, Matu comes under the young crime fighters service as his right hand man, somewhat similar to Alfred's role with Batman.
