Suicide Rebirth

Mark Ljungberg created a bomb that would turn average people into Meta-Human, and meanwhile and Meta in the blast radius would become depowered. He is kidnapped by the Dogra War, a radical group of Meta-humans and forced to recreate his work.

The Suicide Squad, consisting of Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, and Deadshot, attempt to rescue him. When it looks like the Dogra War have him and his blueprints, Boomerang uses his boomerangs to cut off Ljunbergs hands at the wrist, so he drops the case. Then when it looks like the Dogra War are going to take, he away, Deadshot put a bullet in his head so then can't get him to make another.
