Manuel Dexterity was hired by Cole when he was approached by Philip Duncan to assassinate his wife, Lenore Duncan, which would in turn preventing her from obtaining half of his company in their divorce. Accidentally revealing himself to a female bystander, Manuel kills her and draws the attention of two police officers who he murders as well. Xombi notices the uproar and takes off after Manuel as he chances down his target Lenore. Before Manuel can grab hold of Lenore, Xombi is able to tackle him. The pair wrestle back and forth and Lenore throws books from a shelf at Manuel breaking his concentration long enough for Xombi to kick him out of the window. Manuel falls to his death on the street below.

Manuel has no legs but rather a large right hand in their place that he uses for the same purpose. His touch can kill by bringing about strong feelings of regret and unfulfilled desire. Manuel has a twin sister named Manuella who also has a large hand in place of her legs.
