Ewald Olafdotter is Ice's brother who takes over Ice's homeland from her father, King Olafsdotter with the help of a villain that turns out to be the Overmaster. This forces the Justice League America to come in and stop him. He is eventually killed in a battle between himself and his sister. Creation
Although Ewald was Ice's brother for decades he seems to have been recently retconed out of existence in the new origin story in Justice League: Generation Lost. He is now a figment of Ice's false memory.
