Lazarr was the Albatross, an ex supervillian from the 70's who ended working as muscle for hire for drug dealers, Lazarr had the bad luck to fall in the tangleweb created by TAO. After being trapped in an drug deal busted by the WildCATs (and with the prime objetive to capture/recruit Ladytron), Lazarr was programed by TAO to obey him. Under his influence,, Lazarr put a bomb in the Clark's Bar, causing a more violent war in the post human community. But when Lazarr tried to escape, he ended trapped by a group of mercs as part of a hostage situation. Ladytron quickly identify him as the responsible of the bombing. When she captured him, Lazarr revealed her and the WildCATs about the duplicity of TAO.
