Much, if not all, of Ivana's body has been replaced with advanced cybernetics which grant her superhuman strength, speed, and stamina. Her brain and/or mind is also no longer contained in her head, making attacks that penetrate her skull to useless in attempts to kill her.
Despite her extensive cybernetic modifications, Ivana's body can still mimic the human body in every way, giving her no trouble in passing for a normal human. She is also still capable of carrying out her various sexual affairs with some of her subordinates.
