History
In Post-Crisis continuity, Hydra (whose real name is unknown) was a young woman who was granted superhuman abilities by the magician known as the Weaver, who is 45,000 years old. She was one of several selected villains to fight Power Girl. Hydra and Power Girl fought each other in the center of Manhattan and Hydra used his powers to keep their feet Power Girl. However, he was unable to defeat and quickly disappeared from the battle.
Powers and Abilities
Hydra could manipulate the movement and flow of liquid material, mainly water (Hydrokinesis). She demonstrated her skill with the ability to break the network of open water, takes fire and gasoline tanks.
