Gwendolyn "Gwen" Sterling is the daughter of Adrian Sterling, a New York businessman. Gwen first met New York Police Detective Lieutenant Jim Corrigan while Corrigan was investigating Adrian's murder. Gwen desires a romantic relationship with Jim, even after learning that he is the Spectre.
