Origin

Nothing is known about Fred. At some point he joined up with PC Rabid.

Creation

Fred was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance in The Heckler #4.

Major Story Arcs

The Heckler

Fred, along with Dwight and Hugh, joins PC Rabid in nondenominational prayer. Later, he helps dispose of Mrs Forthwright's body.

Fred has no known superhuman powers or abilities.
