Origin
Very little is known about François. Probably French in origin, he moved to Delta City at some point in his life, and became the head cook of the skid row diner Eats, owned by Stu Mosely.
Creation
François was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance in The Heckler #1.
Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
François works at Eats and creates artistic interpretations of common diner food that go unappreciated by the diner-going crowd. He is also in charge of the diner during times when Stu is out acting as the Heckler.

François has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He is a good cook.
