In the Sandman, Duma, along with Remiel, were charged with rulership of Hell after Lucifer left, though it was Duma who truly ruled it, as Remiel was too cowardly to take the Key to Hell. Eventually, in Lucifer, Duma hands over the Key to Christopher Rudd and remains by his side as an adviser of sorts.
