Darkling
After Captain Marvel defeated Satan's six champions, the devil provided the Cloak of Darkness to Dora Keane. Taking the name Darkling, the cloak's darkness would block the Marvel Family's magic lightning. However, she was defeated nonetheless so Satan assembled a Confederation of Hell with Darkling and his other servants Ibac, Sabbac, and Master Man to destroy the Marvels.
