Creation
C'est Hay was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance in The Heckler #5.
Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
C'est Hay invades a theatre in Delta City and takes it over, killing a majority of the original cast and staging his own psychotic show, singing and dancing for the literally captive audience. He is confronted by the Heckler, who interrupts his performance and draws C'est Hay up to the roof. C'est Hay quickly becomes incapacitated when his hay become waterlogged and too heavy to allow him to move. He is taken into custody by the police.
Powers and Abilities
C'est Hay is made primarily or entirely of hay. As such, he is very resistant to blunt force injury. He is also a skilled leader. He is an average performer.
