Super Friends
Black Vulcan was created to be a member of the Super Friends after Black Lightning's creator Tony Isabella refused to let his character be a part of the lineup. Black Vulcan helped the Super Friends in many battles against the Legion of Doom. He was later replaced on the show by Cyborg.
DC One Million
Black Vulcan made a cameo appearance in the DC One Million 80-Page Giant special as part of one of the many alternate Justice Leagues that accidentally ended up in the headquarters of the Justice Legion Alpha.
