Creation
Andy Haskell was created by John Ostrander, Kim Yale, and Luke McDonnell. He made his first appearance in Deadshot #2.
Major Story Arcs
Beginnings
As part of his association with Schale, Haskell is involved in the kidnapping of Eddie Lawton, the son of Deadshot. He is called in after Deadshot assaults Schale, and is responsible for warning the kidnappers to move positions. In the parking lot of the hospital he is confronted by Deadshot, and almost immediately reveals the location of the kidnappers to Deadshot. Against doctor's orders he takes Schale out of the hospital to a secluded location, where he kills him in order to get into Deadshot's good graces. Angry that Haskell has deprived him of his revenge, Deadshot shoots Haskell in the head, killing him.
