She is in a relationship with the Mind Droid and the first of Payback to fall victim to The Boys when her neck is broken by Butcher. She is a parody of the Scarlet Witch and seems to have a very aggressive temper.
There was another Crimson Countess during World War II, who first appeared in The Boys #52 and was killed during her first mission in issue #53 by a German airstrike.
