Hailing from the 22nd century, Captain Thunder was the top officer of the Utopian Police Service. After a falling out with his job, he chose to leave only to be hurled back in time to the 20th century. Therein, he met Misty Midnight, last of Captain Midnight's Secret Squadron, and joined her fight against evil.
