Powers & Abilities: Rain has the ability to manipulate Electricity and the Weather. He is a Demi-God in the Mortal Kombat universe. He can cause small devastating lighting strikes out of thin air. He can also manipulate water such as encasing his opponent in a bubble of water big enough for 2 people. Rain also has displayed striking power that is almost unbelievable. In one of the Mortal Kombat games he is able to perform a super kick that is powerful enough to launch his opponent across the world and then the opponent appears on the other side of the screen.
