Much of Johnny Devlin's tragic young life is shrouded in mystery. It is known that he is a fugitive of both an apocalyptic cult and a shadow-science research facility. While on the run, a cursed Lady Death kidnapped Johnny, claiming he was a living gateway to a thousand demonic dimensions - a Devilock. Johnny survived a demonic zombie outbreak brought about by Lady Death, only to become a reluctant soldier in the war against Insurrectus and his progeny. Currently, Devilock's whereabouts are unknown.
