Origin

Though called a robot, the iron Skull was actually an android, and it had a mostly human appearance, save for unusually large eyes, Created by Carl Burgos, his art and rendition of the Iron Skull was inconsistent; sometime he appeared to have normal sized eyes and was bald, while other times he was depicted as having blond hair and huge eyes. The Iron Skull was smart, tough and super strong.
