B.W. Finx
B.W. Finx is a custodian for the Chugwater County U.S.A courthouse/police station. He is cognitively challenged due to an injury he suffered in the Phillipines as a U.S. Marine during World War II, serving under General MacArthur. Finx is also the president, founder and singular entity of the Rosemarie Palewood official fan club.
